On the afternoon of Good Friday (April 15), Holy Family Fifth Graders presented the Stations of the Cross in Holy Family Church. Holy Family School’s student body, families, faculty/staff and parishioners were in attendance. “Living Stations,” as they have come to be known, have been presented by different grades for almost forty years. This year, for the first time since the onset of the Covid pandemic, it was Fifth Grade’s turn.
According to Fifth Grade Religion teacher (and Special Education teacher), Liz Richard, “When I was a student teacher in 2005, I saw the Living Stations and was amazed. When Covid hit, we had to pause, but it was very important to me that Living Stations happened this year. I find them to be incredibly powerful.”
